Twenty years running multi-site B2B service operations — security, facility services, and managed services. I take complex, underperforming operations and make them profitable, high-retention businesses through disciplined systems and teams that deliver.

What I Do

Operations that scale
and hold

Own the P&L

Full financial responsibility across branch, regional, and national portfolios — budget, margin, rate strategy, and the operating decisions behind them.

Grow the base

Revenue growth that comes from service quality and client intimacy rather than discounting — including operating models adopted enterprise-wide.

Fix what's broken

Turnarounds in loss-generating operations: cost structure, staffing model, service delivery, and the culture underneath all three.

Build the team

Leading salaried management layers and field workforces in the thousands, with a bias toward developing people rather than replacing them.

Stand up new markets

New branches and new geographies from the ground up — site, staffing, client base, and the operating rhythm that keeps them running.

Systematize it

Lean Six Sigma discipline applied to real operations: measure what matters, remove the waste, and make the improvement stick.

Signature Work

The Service
Extension Program

At Protos, officer assignments were ending at client sites with no one asking the obvious question: does the client want to keep them? Once a client has the right officer in place, they rarely want to give that person up.

I built a proactive outreach model — reach the client before the assignment expires, understand what they need next, and extend the service. It started in my business unit. After I presented the results in executive review, the company adopted it nationwide.

It's the clearest example of how I operate: find the gap in the operating rhythm, build a repeatable process around it, prove it with numbers, and scale it.

Where the discipline
comes from

I started in the Police Explorer program as a teenager and rose to the rank of Captain — the program's highest. That was where I learned what a chain of command is for, why standards matter, and how a team performs when everyone knows their job.

It's also why the security industry has felt like home. Leading national off-duty law-enforcement operations at Protos put me alongside the profession I grew up admiring — running the operation that supports the people doing the work.

Twenty years later, the same principles run through how I lead: clear standards, real systems, and a culture where people are treated like the operation depends on them. Because it does.
